We are currently seeking an IT Administrator to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Perrysburg, OH.
Position Description
The successful candidate will assist in the design, implementation, and support of solutions for managing electronic records using an Enablon solution with an increased use of SharePoint 2010/2013 and related applications. Candidates must be able to demonstrate an ability to articulate business requirements for technical solutions, experience supporting content management solutions (Enablon, SharePoint 2010/2013, others as needed) and embrace a collaborative approach for the implementation of solutions for managing electronic records. The position will have the responsibility for supporting the Enablon software.
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Responsible for the daily management and administration of Enablon ensuring interfaces work consistently and application performance meets requirements.
Develop and support Enterprise Content Management solutions and interfaces between Enablon and other applications especially SAP systems.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
(All other duties as assigned)
Working with other application support teams, develop content management solutions to address specific business needs
Responsible for root cause analysis on production issues.
Responsible for the implementation of solutions to resolve production defects.
Provide project support within the application portfolio.
Develop diagrams and models (use case, activity diagram, business process models, etc.) and clearly document functional requirements and business rules to describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business and user requirements.
Develop functional specifications and perform functional configuration (setting of configuration tables and of transactional/control tables).
Complete application service requests, provide continual business application support, research transactional issues, identify root causes as well as assist with upgrade and maintenance of applications.
Support the development of the test strategy and test plans. Ensure traceability of requirements back to business need as well as through to solution and testing. Validate the solution meets the business need and verify it conforms to specifications.
Position Requirements
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or equivalent practical experience
3-5 years in IT or relevant business experience.
Minimum of 2 year of administrative experience with software solutions
Minimum of 2 year experience with Microsoft SQL Server database integration and understanding of Content Server Schema as well as query optimization.
Strong, demonstrable understanding of document management and records management principles.
Good understanding of SAP module(s) and the integration between modules.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
This position reports to the Global Emerging and Collaboration Technologies Manager
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
10% or less
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
