We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Analyst to join our team at our World Headquarters in Perrysburg, OH.
This position is accountable for designing, modifying, and updating databases and spreadsheets pertaining to manufacturing and productivity metrics, as well as assisting in the administrative functions
related to manufacturing incentive plans and various reporting systems. In addition, this position is responsible for analyzing data and preparing analytical reports and presentations involving incentive, manufacturing and productivity metrics.
Also responsible for various projects and all other duties as assigned.
Principal Accountabilities:
(All other duties as assigned)
Design, modify and update databases and spreadsheets pertaining to manufacturing productivity and incentive plan metrics.
Analyze data and prepare corresponding reports and presentations.
Assist in developing system reports.
Provide Production Confirmation and Global Metrics training and support to manufacturing facilities.
Administer hourly wage job descriptions and evaluations.
Update hourly job descriptions with negotiated rates.
Administer and monitor the Manufacturing Performance Plan and Forming Incentive programs.
Develop, review and maintain forming incentive production standards.
Conduct manufacturing data projects as assigned.
Scope and Impact:
Identify and resolve data integrity issues while providing ongoing data maintenance.
Extract data from various reporting systems and provide analysis and compilation of reports.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
1-2 years in related work experience. (manufacturing, systems, computer)
Strong math and statistical skills.
Knowledge and experience in designing, modifying, maintaining and updating databases and Excel spreadsheets.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
SAP experience desired.
Reporting Relationships:
This position reports to the VP of Manufacturing Excellence & Engineering. There are no direct or indirect
reports to this position.
Travel Requirements:
There may be some travel required for this position for training and/or projects, approximately 10-15%.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
