We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team at our World Headquarters in Perrysburg, OH.
The Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities and lead projects in relation to those opportunities
Principal Accountabilities:
(All other duties as assigned)
Assist in the development and implementation of the Continuous Improvement Framework and coordinates cross-functional teams.
Provides Lean and/or project management support throughout the department to drive short-term and long term business improvements.
Provide and facilitate the use of CI tools and CI concepts.
Be the primary person to represent the function on project status and best practices.
Lead multi-tool Kaizen events to successfully improve processes and establish follow-up action items based on findings.
Utilize Continuous Improvement tools to eliminate waste, cost reduction, and improved performance.
Demonstrate ability to perform and/or facilitate development of current and future state, and drive implementation with minimal supervision.
Manage multiple projects, and track progress to meet objectives.
Demonstrate cost savings and/or productivity improvements by driving metrics.
Facilitate activities to drive culture change toward the continuous improvement journey.
Schedule and coordinate regular Continuous Improvement Team meetings to communicate improvement status, schedule of events.
Improvement opportunities typically identified by manager or others

Position Requirements
Education and
Experience:
Bachelors degree required.
Green Belt, Black Belt or Lean certification required.
Reporting Relationships:
This position reports to the Manager Continuous Improvement. There are no direct reports to this position.
Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel up to 10%.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
