Position Description
We are currently seeking an SAP Security Analyst to join our Corporate IT team at our world headquarters in Perrysburg, Ohio.
Assists in the enforcement of corporate, regulatory, and risk management policies and assists in
developing, maintaining, and publishing corporate SAP security standards, procedures, and guidelines for enterprise computing platforms. Provides subject matter expertise to departments on issues of SAP Security, including technical guidance and training, and designs and implements programs for user awareness, compliance monitoring, and security compliance.
Coordinates disaster recovery, business continuation, and contingency planning efforts, assisting in plan development, maintenance and testing. Creates and maintains SAP Security reporting that facilitates security monitoring. Provides guidance to peers in SAP Security user and role administration.
Performs technical lead functions for SAP Security projects, applications and systems and manages SAP Security incidents. Analyzes authorization errors, fix, test and move changes to production.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Assists technical design and development of SAP Security functions for programs, projects and change requests
Gathers requirements, detailed design, architects, builds and implements SAP Security solution.
Supports and administers SAP Security & authorization, roles design, implementations, audit and SoX functions.
Define and complies with company policies, processes, and procedures utilizing SAP as the technical platform.
Provides information and supports audits to ensure proper segregation of duties and SOX
compliance.
Operates effectively in the context of a SAP Security projects with excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication and self-management skills, multi-task and manage work priorities.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements which meet or exceed customer expectations for the provisioning of SAP Security roles and user ids.
SCOPE AND IMPACT:
SAP Security team supports globally three different production systems along with APO, BI/BW and MDM. There are approximately 7,000 users globally which require support 7 days per week 24 hours per day. The number of users will increase as with the completion of the global implementation. The SAP Security team designs, creates, modifies roles, SOD checks, support audit, fix authorization errors, defects, monitors, testing and terminate user access for both internal and external end users. Failure to follow established procedures could lead to failure of control mechanisms put in place to protect our global IT SAP systems from:
Fraud and/or misuse
Increased external audit fees
Inaccurate financial reporting
Position Requirements
Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of experience 5
years in SAP security administration.
Extensive experience in the design and development of SAP security authorization objects /
roles, segregation of duties, and Governance Risk and Compliance Experience with
regulatory compliance such as PCI or Sarbanes Oxley is a requirement.
Demonstrated experience with other security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus, and patch management is highly desirable
SAP and/or security related industry certifications is highly desirable

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
This position will report to the SAP Security Manager
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This position will have less than 10% travel

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
