We are currently seeking a Global Process Manager-Order to Cash to join our team at our World Headquarters in Perrysburg, OH.
POSITION
Summary:
The position plays a significant role in shaping the strategic agenda for the next generation process and technology automation employed by the O-I. He/She will help facilitate the strategic management process and will also provide consulting expertise and program management for specific strategic initiatives that are deemed critical to the business success. The role is also responsible for formulating senior management presentations and interacting with his/her peers across the enterprise to ensure alignment and synergy.
The Global Process Segment Lead is the owner of the Global Process Template in their respective area. He/she leads the assessment and business case creation for process, data, and technology enhancements. They interact with the application delivery organization and projects to ensure alignment on standards and process, data, and technology decisions. Plays a critical role in the evolution of the global business processes as the process architect.
Coordinates and executes performance improvement initiatives across the organization. Will work to align process improvement activities with strategic plans. Develops relationships with all stakeholders. Develops detailed project plans for putting the improvements into operation and lead the execution of those plans.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Facilitate and provide subject matter expertise for Business Process Model blueprints optimizing the organization's business systems portfolio in context of the strategy of the organization
Facilitate Business Process Strategy Formulation involving market analysis, government regulation, customer requirements and internal assessment resulting in actionable change plans managed through Portfolio Management processes.
Build strong, working relationships with senior leaders in organizations to ensure organizational alignment and coordination to enable value stream execution
Facilitate Portfolio Management processes across the organization to prioritize resources to deliver the greatest contribution to business strategic objectives, the fastest, and at the lowest cost
Continuously manage process quality and data quality with compliance to internal standards and policies
Build strong, working relationships with Regional Leadership teams and functional leads to align business performance management methods directly to people commitments
Champion the purpose and business value realized from the strategy and planning function to stakeholders to gain buy-in and maintain longevity of the function
Lead and contribute to future state architectures by providing documented business strategies mapped to process models and strategic initiatives
Protect and enhance O-I global business processes enabled by the SAP global template
Responsible for the integrity of the operating model and consistency with leading practices
Identify and incorporate industry leading practices into standard operations within the organization
Review and approve process and data designs specific to each region
Ensure integration across all business processes (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Requisition to
Pay, Plan to Produce, Inventory to Fulfill) for all solutions defined
Partner with IT Application Delivery Lead to assess requirements and determine potential solutions
Act as a Governance Lead within the Integrated Government Council
Ensure engagement of Global Process Owners and Regional Process Owners on an ongoing basis
Partner with Regional/Functional Process and Data Owners to ensure engagement of Power User Network
SCOPE AND IMPACT
The Global Process Segment Lead will be the owner of the Global Process Template and the business process architect for next generation and continuing functionality. This is highly visible role. Interaction with business and IT will be important part of this position. This role will require interaction with regional and functional leadership, Global Process Owners and Regional Process Owners, at senior levels in the organization.
Position Requirements
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Bachelors degree required
Experience in End to End Supply Chain processes and Customer Service
Minimum 10 years applicable IT and/or Business experience, in a Supply Chain or Finance environment

years demonstrated success institutionalizing strategy management processes for large organizations with working knowledge of industry methods such as the Balanced Scorecard, Blue Ocean, and SWOT

years demonstrated success institutionalizing cross-organization Program Portfolio Managements functions for large organizations

years demonstrated success implementing change readiness/management processes with knowledge of industry best practices
Experience/expertise in a specific process area (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Requisition to Pay, Plan to Produce, Inventory to Fulfill)
Good understanding of the overall methodology for Blueprint, Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Control
Experience working within an international organization, including multi-country or global implementation experience
Project Management experience preferred
Strong Communication Skills/Able to Persuade/Influence Others at all Organization Levels
Self-Directed and Able to Thrive and Bring Structure to Unstructured Situations
Experience and knowledge for basic financial accounting methods used in budget and planning processes
Excellent cross-group collaboration and communication skills and demonstrated virtual team leadership skills
Use analytical skills and judgment to solve problems with limited information at hand
Communicate complicated matters in a simple, structured way to senior management
Ability to cooperate with other groups with no direct reporting relationship to position
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
This position reports to the VP Global Business Processes
This position will have direct reports roles to be defined
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
International travel may be required, approximately 20% per year.
