We are currently seeking a Technical Specialist-Windows Server Platform to join our team at our World Headqaurters in Perrysburg, OH.
POSITION
Summary:
This position is responsible for 2nd and 3rd level support, maintenance, and performance of O-Is global Windows based servers. This position is responsible for providing quality solutions and support by utilizing best practices, procedures and processes.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
(All other duties as assigned)
Provides 2nd and 3rd level support for the Windows Server Platform
Responsible for daily review, administration and troubleshooting for server back-ups.
Provides operational support for (but not limited to) O-I server hardware, operating systems, backups, antivirus/malware protection, security and patching.
Installs, configures, administers and supports O-Is global Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP infrastructures.
Comply with all regulatory requirements, O-I policies and procedures and IT processes.
Must stay current with technology trends/certifications related to Microsoft and virtualization technologies.
SCOPE AND IMPACT:
This position, under guidance, provides support, implementation and maintenance of global Windows servers and related services. The Windows Server Platform team has global responsibility for the 7x24 operations and support of O-Is global Windows based server infrastructure.
Position Requirements
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology or related discipline

years of Windows server experience in an enterprise environment
MCSA or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Server Administrator Certification required
Other industry certifications are desirable such as VMware Certified Professional or Citrix Certification
Applied knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory in an enterprise environment
Hands-on experience with server hardware is required. IBM experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of data replication technologies
Hardware and software monitoring experience preferred
Ability to prioritize workload and juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Must be flexible and adaptable to work in an ever changing environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be a motivated self-starter
Ability to work as part of a team
Willing and able to participate in a weekly on-call rotation for evening/weekend support
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
This position reports to the Manager-Enterprise Platforms
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Travel is not generally required-less than 5%

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
