Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain Chick-fil-A's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Optimize business performance by analyzing financial data, developing strategies, and executing initiatives that drive profitability.
Helping with the preparation and the delivery of catering orders.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of management experience in the food service industry, retail, or other organizational leadership experience.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with a results-oriented mindset to meet and exceed performance targets.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and lead by example.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
