Our team is growing and looking for you! Consider joining our team as the Assistant Community Manager for Waterstone Landing luxury community in Perrysburg, Ohio.
This challenging opportunity includes:
Assist the Community Manager to cultivate a proactive and cohesive team environment, driving towards shared property objectives.
Help ensure the upkeep of apartment units, common areas, and grounds in alignment with property objectives.
Engage with potential residents, showcasing model apartments, discussing community amenities, and guiding them through the leasing process.
Record resident activities in our system, ensuring timely updates for move-ins, move-outs, and service requests.
Facilitate the move-in process, preparing necessary paperwork and ensuring lease documentation accuracy.
Compile operational reports, maintain resident files, and assist with the renewal program and resident communications.
Community hours are Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm.
Every other Saturday with one day off during week.
You offer the following minimum requirements:
Possess a minimum of one year experience in multifamily property management.
Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience in sales, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and reliable.
Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
Holds a valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and appropriate auto insurance coverage.
Willing to undergo a comprehensive drug and background screening upon potential employment offer.
