We are searching for a self-motivated individual who would enjoy a faster track to personal growth and company growth.

Renewed is a young and rapidly growing company that is focused in the recycling and sustainibility markets in the Toledo area.
Renewed Outdoors is a local landscape supply company that serves the Perrysburg and surrounding areas with bagged and bulk landscape products which we manufacture.
We also offer lawn fertilizers, grass seed, bagged and bulk mulch products to customers of all sizes.
We offer a smaller amount of pet and garden supplies.
Duties would entail growing sales for products and continuing to nurture current and future customers.
Customer service for Retail and Wholesale clients Operating a Point of Sale system as well as other computer focused databases.
Building a customer base both by upselling current customers to their needs as well as finding, creating and nurturing new customers.
Offering a full array of landscape products and having the knowledge to quickly learn the industry and the needs of the industry.
Working mostly inside with some outside work focused on customer interaction and quoting.
Be proficient with computer systems to find, track and log details for specific customer needs and interactions.
Be able to operate equipment, or be willing to learn how to operate equipment.
This may include a smaller forklift or wheel loader, or similar.
We are 100% willing to train for this! Receiving and stocking inventory, both in computer inventory and on the sales floor Answering phones and taking orders At times, lifting 30#-50# bags of products Experience or a history in the landscape or agricultural industry would be a benefit, but not a requirement.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
Prior sales experience is recommended, but not required for extremely motivated and self lead individuals.
Advancement within the company is likely for motivated individuals.
Pay will be either hourly or salary, plus commission, based on experience or knowledge in the related field.
