- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the chiropractic office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary paperwork - Assist with patient check-in and check-out process - Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits - Provide support to patients during their visit, addressing any questions or concerns - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical or chiropractic office preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with patients Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
