Job Description:
Answer calls for multiple dealerships and route the customers to the appropriate associate Efficiently handle all customer's questions, concerns, and comments Provide remarkable customer service using the five E'S.
Ensure all information is put into the Business Development online tracker properly.
Check in with previous customers in our Service department to confirm their needs were taken care of correctly Skills /
Qualifications:
Dependable Productive Customer Service-oriented Professional Attention to Detail General Math Skills Great Communication skills.
