Are you ready to be a key player in spreading holiday cheer and creating enchanting Christmas light displays? Christmas Lights 419, the premier Christmas light installation company, is searching for an enthusiastic elf to join our team as an office assistant.
You'll be the guiding star in our office, responsible for answering phone calls, writing and designing estimates, and following up with potential clients.
This seasonal position runs from September to January, but there is a potential for it to become full-time with us.
We're in search of a uniquely special candidate who lives and breathes the holiday spirit.

Responsibilities:
- Introduce yourself with a jingle when you pick up calls from excited customers eager to illuminate their surroundings with Christmas magic.
- Create customized estimates that showcase the incredible possibilities and leave potential clients filled with awe and anticipation.
- Design captivating digital presentations, highlighting our past work and igniting inspiration in clients' hearts.
- Engage with enthusiasm and warmth when communicating with families, businesses, and professionals who long for that extra sparkle during the holiday season.
- Show exceptional follow-up skills, ensuring no ornament goes unturned and no opportunity to bring joy is missed.
Requirements:
- Must possess an undeniable love for Christmas and bring the holiday spirit wherever you go.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as your passion for the season will be contagious.
- You can expect to handle a high volume of up to 50 calls per day.
- A keen eye for detail, organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - keeping everything as perfectly coordinated as Santa's workshop.
- Proficiency in design software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator), email newsletter creation, and crafting stunning visuals to make dreams come true.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus, but a genuine passion for Christmas is an absolute must! Perks of the Job:
