As a Grounds Keeper/Entry-level Maintenance Tech, you are responsible for maintaining the grounds of the community.
This position will also include learning and performing some basic maintenance items in the apartments such as painting, locks, and other items to assist the Maintenance Supervisor.
This includes, but is not limited to, providing exemplary service to the community's residents, timely completion of service requests, performing preventative maintenance and unit inspections/rehabilitation as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Director.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year experience in grounds, maintenance, or any manual labor position and have commitment to the core values and purpose outlined at the beginning of this ad.
General knowledge related to grounds care (lawns, operating small engines, etc.
).
Current, Valid driver's license is required.
A strong work ethic and desire to help the Team is essential.
WORK SCHEDULEThis is a full-time Groundskeeper / Entry-Level Maintenance position for which the hours vary depending on the property and the level of position.
