We are a lawn care company offering a lawn fertilization program, tree and ornamental care, and core aeration/over-seeding services.
Main service being residential lawn applications.
Position
Summary:
We are interested in candidates that are punctual, willing, and eager to learn.
The ideal candidate loves being and working in outdoor environments.
Experience in general customer service is helpful and preferred.
Experience in any similar landscape related fields is very beneficial.
Applicant will need good communication skills.
You will be regularly communicating with homeowners, management, and expected to accurately complete customer invoices and daily production forms.
You will be expected to properly diagnose lawn/landscape problems and be able to recommend/up sell additional services to current customers resulting in customer retention and growth in customer base.
Requirements:
Valid insurable driving record is a must, as you will regularly be driving a company vehicle.
Some equipment maintenance/service will be expected.
Experience using various pieces of lawn equipment, spread/spray, and power equipment is a plus.
