We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing accurate information about our services.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email or phone in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding order status and delivery information.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Assist warehouse management in creating and scheduling work orders for internal value add kit center.
Assist on other special projects as requested by warehouse management team.
