This is an opportunity to partner with the Owner/Operator to learn the business, learn leadership, grow the brand, and grow professionally with an industry leading brand.
This role is a hands on leadership role that gives you the opportunity to lead a team and direct shift operations to maintain our quality standards for hospitality.
Many Owner/Operators begin as team members or leaders in the restaurant and this could be great opportunity to begin a career with Chick-fil-a leading to corporate positions or even restaurant ownership.
You will learn practical business, personal, and organizational leadership.
Responsibilities:
Model Hospitality daily to the team and guests Execute cash management systems Train and Develop team members Drive business results in customer service metrics Lead restaurant shifts Own Customer Recovery Systems Communicate vision of Chick-fil-a to the team Build a positive culture of genuine care Requirements:
Must be available 35-40 hours per week Relevant degree preferred High personal standards and self-motivation At least one year of leadership experience Excellent Communication Skills Team Mindset
