Provide expertise and technical leadership in the area of Chemical Engineering in the context of process design, emissions, utilization of waste products and the recovery of heat related to the glass melting process. Provide technical leadership in the development of new high productivity, energy efficient processes utilizing a combination of internal and external resources. Conduct analytical and experimental work focused on development of C02 capture and utilization technologies to support new manufacturing processes. Carry out exploratory research into new techniques, processes, and methods for manufacturing glass containers. Manage simulation, experimentation, selection, and implementation of CO2 capture and utilization, and waste recovery processes. Utilize open scientific and patent literature to quickly develop a basic understanding of the project subject matter and use this to define an experimental approach and future course of action. Invent, create and contribute to IP generation. Prioritize execution while maintaining the focus on goals and objectives in multiple project tasks. Actively engage, either as a member or a leader, in project teams consisting of multidisciplinary scientists and engineers. Interface with external experts in the relevant fields and program areas to catalyze decision making and achieve critical milestones with respect to keeping technical progress on track. Communicate and document research findings effectively across O-Is R&D and Global Technology organizations at all levels. Travel 10-15%. REQUIRED: Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering or other closely related discipline and three (3) years of experience in job offered or related research and development position. In lieu of masters degree and 3 years of experience, will also accept Ph.D. and 2 years of experience. Education or experience must include: utilization of open scientific and patent literature to implement efficient design of experiments; process scale-up operations; working with permitting issues; implementing chemistry and chemical engineering principles together; various characterization techniques such as DSC, TGA, FTIR, XRD. Applicants with any suitable equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience are acceptable.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
