We are currently seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Perrysburg, OH.
This position is accountable for assisting in the development, recommendation, implementation and ongoing administration of North America Health and Welfare programs.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(All other duties as assigned)
Assists in developing, recommending, and installing approved, new or modified plans and employee benefits policies and ensuring plan documentation is current and accurate (SPDs, SBCs).
Maintain proactive communication with third party vendors to monitor plan and vendor performance and to ensure any plan design charges are properly implemented.
Assess and document internal processes and provide recommendations to improve, streamline and enhance accuracy through reengineering, establishing new methodologies goaled at continuous process improvement.
Provide analysis on the Health and Welfare plans with analytics reporting.
Assist in developing recommendations to ensure the HRIS/benefit administration system meets the needs of the Company in managing benefit plans and internal/external reporting requirements.
Ensures accurate and timely filing/processing of all Employee Benefit reporting and disclosure responsibilities (Form 5500s, SARs) and any/all nondiscrimination testing process.
SCOPE AND IMPACT
This job has the ability to make independent decisions relative to the daily operations of the Health and Welfare plans. The plans cover approximately 5,000 active employees and 8,000 retirees and have an annual spend of $90 million. Decisions which have a broad impact on the organization require authorization by the manager of this job.
Position Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of work experience in Benefits Administration
5-7 years directly related experience in Benefits required
Proficient in Microsoft Office with very strong Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills and results oriented.
Strong document writing skills and process documentation.
CEBS preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
