We are currently seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team at our world headquarters in Perrysburg, Ohio.
POSITION
Summary:
This position is accountable for data accuracy of various key Financial and Operational systems and reports including: volume, forecast reviews, inflation and others. Additionally, this position will be cross trained to serve as the backup resource for the Hyperion Planning system and participate in the monthly closing process, metadata maintenance, security and reporting. This position will also serve as the backup for the monthly closing and consolidation activities in HFM.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
(All other duties as assigned)
Validate consistency and integrity of Global Metrics and Hyperion data for main KPIs
Create a network with all regions to communicate and resolve any lack of consistency and integrity with the Corporate Reporting Systems (GM and Hyperion)
Design, develop and execute validation processes to support analytical review of company financial and operational performance
Preparation and distribution of monthly reports: flash volume, inflation, forecast review and manufacturing metrics
Create, maintain and validate Financial Reporting (FR)
Support other ad hoc reporting requests from other Corporate functions including but not limited to: Investors Relation, Procurement, Engineering and Finance
Serve as backup for the Hyperion planning admin regarding closing process, metadata maintenance, security and FR
Serve as backup for the monthly closing and consolidation activities in HFM
SCOPE AND IMPACT:
This position will be responsible for data accuracy on reports used by senior management and regional staff, along with key financial and investor relations personnel. This role has access and actively participates in report development of confidential and strategic information provided only to senior level management.
Position Requirements
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Minimum 5 years work experience in financial or analysis role
Bachelors degree in accounting/finance is required
Proficiency in Microsoft excel, word and power point is required
Proficiency in Hyperion and Hyperion Planning is preferred (training will be provided)
SAP/BEx experience preferred (training will be provided as needed)
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
This position reports to the Director, Global Management Reporting and has no direct reports
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Less than 10%

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
